Sprint Celebrates Epic Moments at the 24th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards
September 30th, 2010 – Sprint partnered with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation to honor the achievements of some of the most influential names in the Latin community during the 24th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Celebrity actress Giselle Blondet hosted the star-studded event that celebrated the epic contributions of each of the following honorees: Juan Luis Guerra: Arts; Mario “Don Francisco” Kreutzberger: Legend; Alejandro Sanz: Vision; America Ferrera: Inspira; Cuauhtémoc Blanco, Sports; U.S. Representative Luis Gutiérrez: Leadership and Jaime Escalante (Posthumous Tribute): Math and; Science.
Some of the most influential Hispanic celebrities and tastemakers were in attendance and walked the Sprint red carpet. Each was greeted by multimedia journalist and Sprint reporter Carlos Anaya, who captured exclusive testimonials of their career epic moments.
